This dream house is located directly at the southern slope in Terra do Pão at the South coast of Pico. The approximately 18 kilometres drive to Madalena takes around 20 minutes.

This house features a loft bedroom with a single and a double bed, a large kitchen, a living room with cable TV and an exclusive bathroom suite with a massage shower and corner bath.

The large patio overlooking the bay has BBQ facilities and it is fairly common to see whales and dolphins swimming by in the distance while enjoying the sunset.

In the neighbouring town of São Matteus you can find a small supermarket. The village of São João hosts the well-known sperm whale and squid museum of Professor Malcolm Clark. Located next to it there is a very good fish restaurant. A natural swimming pool is nearby.
